SOLEKIN GROUP (PTY) LTD (“Solekin”, “we”) is a South African private company. This website is an early public presence. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to send: name, organisation, email, phone, enquiry type and message. We also receive ordinary technical data from hosting (such as IP address and browser type) as part of operating the site.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details only to understand and respond to your message. Until a corporate inbox is connected, submissions are stored privately for the founder and are not forwarded to a public email address.

Lawful basis

We process contact information because you asked us to consider your enquiry (legitimate interest / steps at your request), in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data as processors. We will not publish personal contact details you send us.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any related legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to POPIA. Use the contact form (intent: general) to make a request until a dedicated privacy email is published.
