Long-term direction

Solekin Properties is a long-term business direction of Solekin Group. It is intended to acquire properties, own rental properties, develop where appropriate, and build a long-term property portfolio.

The intended direction is to acquire properties, hold rental assets, develop where it is appropriate, and generate rental income as a long-term portfolio is built. Solekin does not currently claim an existing property portfolio.

Ambition

To build a property business that can be held, improved and grown patiently — as capital, partnerships and opportunities allow.
